New World Development Announces Approval of Near-Term 1.5°C. Aligned Science Based Targets and Commitment to Net-Zero.

As the Cao Xueqin Memorial Hall celebrated its grand opening, New World China was spearheading the establishment of a new cultural landmark.

The initial tranche of green targeted asset-backed securities, amounting to a total value of 10 billion RMB, was successfully issued at the Guangzhou CTF Finance Centre.

New World China achieved a milestone by successfully issuing China’s inaugural CMBS. With a total issuance scale of 1.001 billion RMB, this signifies a significant advancement for New World China in the realm of asset securitization.
