(2005 July 8, Guangzhou)  Xintang New World Garden in Guangzhou will host the Third Beer Festival on July 10 to coincide with its Phase Eight pre-sale activity. 

It will be the third consecutive beer festival to be held in Xintang New World Garden, which believe will draw a large crowd to attend the one day event to enjoy free beer and exotic German sausages.  A variety of shows and games will also be entertained including the famous German band playing traditional folk music. 

Xintang New World Garden Phase Eight has just begun the pre-sale activity recently.  There will be a total of over 1,000 low-rise apartment units with uniquely designed open in-house garden and an improved spacious building lobby. 

Xintang New World Garden is located on the east end of Guangzhou, with a total GFA of 0.48 million sq.m. and good facilities such as resident club house and school, it has always been the choice place for residency among the staffs and workers from the nearby Guangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone.
