(June 4, 2011-Guiyang) Guiyang Sunny Town Waterfront Phase III, the first project of New World China Land Co., Ltd. (“New World China Land” or “the Group”; Hong Kong Stock Code: 917) in marching toward Guiyang, was officially opened. The houses presented this time were the last 128 low-density small high-rise houses of Waterfront Group, and the main household types were three-room and four-room houses ranging from 120 m2 to 150 m2, and the average selling price was RMB 5,600 Yuan/m2.
As the peak works of Sunny Town Waterfront Phase III, the project combines the landscape ecology with the low-density residence idea, with the greening rate reaching 40%, and the unique “water” theme adopted in designing the garden; moreover, with such favorable conditions as underground sunshine parking places and connection to the subway line II, the project attracted hundreds of groups of customers to subscribe on site that day, and a total of over 80 houses were sold.
Guiyang Sunny Town is located in the northwest of the Jinyang New District, the new city center of Guiyang in the future planning, with the total floor area of 2 million m2 and gross building area of 3.35 million m2. The resident population is planned to be 70,000 and the total investment will be over RMB 10 billion Yuan. The houses, developed in five phases in total, will be a large-sized cultural and living community integrating residence, business trading, and entertainment with large shopping mall, commercial pedestrian street, fives-star hotel, apartment, office building, and other supporting facilities. It is estimated that in this July and August, this project will have new groups to be marketed.
