(31 May 2006, Shenyang) New World China Land Shenyang Project Management Centre hosted a formal onsite ceremony on 17 May to celebrate the work commencement of Group E of Phase I, Shenyang New World Garden.
Group E of Phase I is a high-rise residential development comprised of a site of over 50,000 sq.m. and has a total GFA of about 170,000 sq.m. The main design consideration is to cater for the middle to upper end of the local housing market.
Shenyang New World Garden is the largest real estate development by Hong Kong developer. The project has a total developable floor area of about 3 million sq.m. Its breath taking river view, core city centre location and proximity to the future Shenyang CBD “Golden Corridor” makes the project extremely popular among the home buyers.
