(1 August 2006, Tianjin) Xin Chun Hua Yuan Phase III Simple Life, New World China Land’s middle class residential project in Tianjin opened for sale on 6 July with extremely well sales result, all 54 apartment units launched were gone within two hours with three times buyer subscription. 

Simple Life is comprised of a total of 394 apartment units and is planned to be launched in three stages.  The first launch include 54 units from block No.3, 4 and 5 with accommodation from 80 to 100 sq.m., majority of them two bedrooms unit.  The average selling price is about RMB5,400 per s.m. and the expected completion date around October 2007. 

Simple Life is located on Jieyuan Road of Hongqiao District, one of the core central district of Tianjin, and is right beside the Subway Line No.1 which is due to open in the near future.  Simple Life has a total gross floor area of about 44,000 sq.m., including six blocks of six story low-rise towers, two blocks of 16 story high-rise apartments, ancillary shop and club house.
