New World China Land participate in the Guangzhou Overseas Chinese Enterprise Exhibition

(Guangzhou, August 27, 2004) The “2004 Achievement Exhibition of Overseas Chinese Enterprises” was held by Guangzhou Municipal Government in Guangzhou Jinhan Exhibition Centre. New World China Land also participated in the exhibition grandly, with a view to fully demonstrating its brilliant achievements made in the past 30 years, conducting face-to-face communication with the public, and bringing unexpected surprise to the citizens. 

New World China Land attached high importance to the exhibition and considered the Achievement Exhibition of Overseas Chinese Enterprises held by Guangzhou Municipal Government a great opportunity, which would not only be highly valued by the Government but also draw much attention from citizens. New World China Land would take advantage of the Exhibition to fully demonstrate its brand strength and glamour, enabling citizens to better understand New World China Land and its projects and products as well. 

The Exhibition laid main stress on development fruits of New World Group in Guangzhou. In the past years, the Group has been committed to improving people’s living environment and quality, and urban construction, and has made outstanding contributions to the society and brought dreams of numerous people to truth, ranging from road to bridge, and from real estate industry to property management industry. The Exhibition has linked up six projects of New World China Land in Guangzhou, namely Central Park View, Oriental New World, Lingnan New World, New World Times Center, Yicai New World, and Xintang New World, fully demonstrating the achievements made by the New World as a city builder for realizing living dreams for citizens. 

Besides fully demonstrating its international brand image, New World China Land also participated in the Exhibition with a view to paving a way for sales in the coming National Day Golden Month. 

With solid foundation having been laid in Guangzhou Region in the past ten years, and the flourishing market situation in the first half this year, New World China Land achieved high-speed business growth in Guangzhou Region in the 4th consecutive year, witnessed great rises in marketing performance, and pushed its results to a new high. Moreover, several projects even saw supply shortage to some extent, making the purchasers fond of New World’s products yearn for the presentation of new choice products. To abide by New World’s principle of high-quality products, New World China Land Guangzhou would, in the wake of hot sales in the May 1 golden month, fully initiate its sales strategy deployment for the initial period of October 1 golden month in early September. Therefore, the Exhibition would lay a foundation for the marketing campaign of New World China Land during the National Day period.
