(Dalian, Aug. 22, 2009) Today, “Fashion Walk” started its trial operation. The “Fashion Walk” is a boutique mall in Dalian which is run elaborately by New World China Land Limited (“New World China Land” or “the Group”; HK stock code: 917). The mall mainly provides customers with the experience of VIP’s consumption. It has shopping area for famous brands such as fashionable clothing, famous ladies’ wear. Besides, it also offers consumption combination service, such as comfortable leisure area and art gallery, etc. It will be built into a hub of fashions in Dalian. 

“Fashion Walk” is situated in the podium of Ligao New World apartment building, which has 4 stories and covers 26,000m2 in total. The first floor is connected to a 5-star New World Hotel. The shops adjacent to Renmin Road are designed into 2-storey flagship stores, creating a unique view for customers. Individual purchasing area, fashionable brands specialty stores and food square are arranged from 2nd floor to 4th floor respectively. “Fashion Walk” is home to a dozen of world-famous Brands, ranging from world luxury brands, such as Cartier, Max. Mara, Emporio Armani, Armani Collezioni, Class Roberto Cavalli, Canali, to various fashionable brands which premiered in Dalian, such as C’N’C, Anteprima, Strellson, Mocktail and so on. All of these constitute a vane of predicitng international fashion trends.

“Fashion Walk” will make a series of promotion events giving priorities to arts and culture with the theme of “art leads fashion” on August 30. Then, Tong Zhengang, famous art master will hold art exhibitions of “flowing arts”. Besides, other various arts will also be shown, such as sand painting by master Gao Zanmin, body sculpture show by several famous models from a well-known sculpture studio, raffiti writing by young Graffiti Artists who are most active at home, and the most mysterious Tarot Culture Show originated from gypsy.
