(Beijing, February 5, 2010)On January 14, Beijing Xin Jing Residence Apartments Phase IV Xin ci qi Building No. 5— developed by New World China Land (“NWCL” or “the Group”; HK stock code: 917) in Chongwen District of Beijing formally opened. A total of 287 choice house products were presented on that day of opening. The house layout adopts a room of 30m2, with 1-room layout of 60 to 80m2, 2-room layout of 103m2, 107m2, and 122m2, and 3-room layout of 143m2, with the transaction price averaging RMB 35,000 Yuan/m2.
