(Beijing, August 4, 2010) New World China Land Limited (“New World China Land” or “the Group”; HK stock code: 917) has recently acquired the development right of two land parcels in Langfang of Hebei with RMB 942.7 million Yuan, which covers a total of 228,813.54 m2. In which, Zhougezhuang Project covers an area of 95,597.99 m2, and Jianta Project covers an area of 133,215.55 m2. 

Zhougezhuang Project is an old town reconstruction project of Langfang, and the land use property is of residence and business. The land parcel is located on the trunk road of the CBD of Langfang—both east and west sides of Jianshe Road, which is one of the eight planned centers of Langfang. The Project is one of key projects of Hebei Province, and New World China Land plans to build this project into a high quality urban complex. 

The Jianta Project is located in the north side of the outer northern ring road of Langfang and the west side of Yinhe Road, and is one of gateways that directly link Beijing and Langfang. It is within the planned new administration center of Langfang, and is for both residential and commercial use, and will be built into a high quality living quarter which represents the flagship image of Langfang. 

The successful acquisition of the two land parcels marks New World China Land’s strengthening the investment into second-and-third-tier cities, and entering the real estate market of Hebei Province in a brand new manner. Till now, the development territory of New World China Land North China Region has expanded from six cities before to seven cities now, including Beijing, Tianjin, Shenyang, Anshan, Dalian, Ji’nan, and Langfang. New World China Land much favors the development of Langfang’s real estate market and the rising of the industry, and will gradually introduce advanced ideas regarding real estate development in the years to come, so as to drive the urban business development and accelerate the community construction of Langfang.
