"(Beijing, December 23, 2004) Good news comes to New World China Land that Beijing Chongwen New World Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of New World China Land, won the honor of “2004 Beijing Real Estate Top 10 Enterprises of Influential Cross-regional Real Estate Brands in Beijing”. In addition, the New World Garden won the honor of “Most Marketable Buildings” in the year of 2004 by Beijing Evening News, and Xinyu Garden won the honorable title of “Best Matched Beijing Residence” in the year of 2004 by Beijing Evening News. 

Co-sponsored by Anjia Magazine, Sohu-Focus Real Estate Website (www.focus.cn), Beijing Municipal Federation of Industry & Commerce Housing Property Industry Chamber of Commerce, the “2004 Beijing Real Estate Ranking” had been publicly elected through 3-month online voting on three websites, namely Sohu, Focus and Anjia Beijing Website. 

The election activity named “Top 50 Beijing Most Influential Buildings 2004” held by Beijing Evening News sets 10 awards in total, with each award available for five buildings. The activity was initiated in November 2004 and produced candidate projects through self-recommendation by developers as well as recommendations by Beijing Evening News, by experts and by consumers. Then, the candidate projects will undergo election through voting by readers, and finally win the awards by number of votes. Two projects of New World China Land in Beijing, namely “New World Garden” and “Xinyu Garden”, won two awards.
