"(Haikou, January 18, 2005) At the 2005 Chinese Land Market Annual Meeting held in Boao of Hainan from January 16 to 19, New World China Land has been awarded with two honorable titles as “Top 10 Enterprises for Promoting China’s Urbanization 2004” and “Top 10 Enterprises Contributing to Chinese Land Marketization 2004”. 

In this session, officials from national real estate systems, well-known economists, leaders from the domestic real estate industry, and authoritative media heatedly discussed such topics as macro-control, new land deal, land and house property, land and finance, with a view to exploring the development trend of Chinese land market in new policies, development prospect of real estate as well as the new models of cooperation with financial institutions such as real estate trust, etc. 

Attracting investment has turned out to be the top priority for urban development, and the quality of land operation environment has become the first factor in investors’ consideration. Whether the urban land market is transparent and legitimate, and whether the real estate market runs soundly and orderly will directly affect the long-term urban development. The presentation of “2004 Top 50 Recommended Business Environments regarding Chinese Urban Land” will undoubtedly set up a platform for expanding the urban investment environment and for urban brands. 

The awarding-ceremony for the “2004 Top 50 Recommended Business Environments regarding Chinese Urban Land” evaluated and elected by the Organizing Committee was held on the evening of January 18. The evaluation and election was made by the expert evaluation committee organized by China Land Science Society of Ministry of Land and Resources P. R. C., China Land and Resources News and China Real Estate Business. The “Top 50” is composed of five categories, with each category turning out Top 10, among which New World China Land Limited was awarded with two top titles.
