(27 March 2012, Huizhou) The sales of Huizhou New World Sun Coast developed by New World China Land (“NWCL”, HK stock code: 917) in Huizhou of Guangdong Province stay hot since its launch on 22 March 2012. Two buildings totalling 104 residential units with two to four bedrooms, ranging from 90 sqm to 160 sqm, were offered. The average selling price was RMB 6,800 per sqm and 85 flats were sold cumulatively, achieving about 100 million sales proceeds. 

Huizhou New World Sun Coast is located in the eastern bank of Huizhou CBD, at the golden intersection of Dongping Peninsula and Dongjiang New Town, which is connected to the three traffic drives.
