(4 May, 2012 - Guangzhou) Developed by New World China Land Limited ("NWCL" or "the Group", Hong Kong stock code: 917) in Guangzhou Tianhe District, New World Oriental Garden (Radiance) achieved excellent sales performance during 1 May Golden Week. First batch of a few hundreds units launched were nearly sold out. Another batch of units, “Xinglong” of 89 sqm with double bedrooms, and “Xingxi” of 125 sqm with three bedrooms, were launched subsequently. These units are facing south and bounded by the Tianhe Park. Each of them bears spacious living and dinning rooms. With an average selling price from RMB 28,000 - 40,000 per sqm, the project attracts about 1,000 visitors per day.
