New phase of Guangzhou Park Paradise sold out in an hour on launch day

(5 July 2012——Guangzhou)New phase of Park Paradise developed by New World China Land Limited (“NWCL” or “the Group”; HK Stock Code: 917) in Baiyun District in Guangzhou, was officially launched on 30 June 2012. About 200 residential units were launched and they were sold out in an hour on first day of launch with an average selling price of RMB 16,000 to 20,000 per sqm. Units sold include the two-bedroom units sized at 80 or 88 sqm, and three-bedroom units range from 92 to 94 sqm. Despite the bad weather, over one thousand visitors queued up outside the sales office on launch day. More units will be available for sale in mid of July to meet the demand. 

Located at the core of Park Paradise’s central plaza, the new phase composes of a few 32-storey buildings which are the tallest among the residential buildings available in the Baiyun District. With a 100m inter-building distance, residents enjoy a 120,000sqm sized central plaza landscape and Baiyun Mountain view. As one of the most well developed communities in Guangzhou, Park Paradise is renowned for its various supporting facilities, such as South China Normal University Kindergarten, Primary School, Secondary School, a 100,000 sqm sized business complex, a 380,000 sqm sized garden, club house, sports ground and the central plaza. The project is located at the center of Baiyun District with a site area of 1.2 million sqm and a total GFA of 1.8 million sqm. The population size is about 50,000 to 60,000.
