27 March 2012, Chengdu) Chengdu New World Riverside “Elegance Mansion”, the first batch of finely-decorated units developed by New World China Land Limited (“NWCL”; HK stock code: 917), was grandly offered for sale last Saturday (24 March 2012). Two buildings of over 200 finely-decorated units, ranging from 90 sqm to 135 sqm, either with double or triple bedrooms, were launched on that day. Hundreds of prestigious clients visited the show flats and a total of 140 units were sold at an average selling price of RMB 6,818 per sqm, generating over RMB100 million sales proceeds on first day of launch.
