(April 11, 2012-- Changsha) The new housing units of “Elite Club” of Changsha La Ville New World, the first key project developed by New World China Land Limited (“NWCL” or the “the Group”; HK Stock Code: 917) in Changsha were launched on 7 April. A residential building with 126 undecorated double bedroom units each sized at 90 sqm was launched. Hundreds of VIPs were attracted to visit the site. 90 units were sold at an average selling price of RMB 7,015 per sqm. 

Changsha La Ville New World Project is located at No. 139 Laodong Road of Changsha with a gross floor area of 1.2 million sqm. The new housing units “Elite Club” are located at the northwest corner of La Ville New World, which is next to Ziwei Road, the main drive of the community. It is easily accessible equipped with various supporting facilities such as a high-end business center sized at 140,000 sqm, Shazitang primary school, an international kindergarten of 6,000 sqm and the Hong Kong-style clubhouse of 5,000 sqm.
