(2 April, 2013-Chengdu) The brand new, upgraded finely decorated houses “Zhendi” collection series of Chengdu New World Riverside developed by New World China Land Limited (“NWCL” or “the Group”; HK Stock Code: 917) in Chengdu grandly opened. It presented three buildings totaling 288 finely decorated units, and the main house types were two-room houses and four-room houses with the gross floor area ranging from 110 m2 to 166 m2, and the price averaging RMB 7,216 Yuan per square meter. Hundreds of distinguished guests came to the site on the opening day with the total transaction of 136 units and the total sales hitting RMB 140 million Yuan. 

The “Zhendi” finely decorated houses presented this time are classified into three types including European Simplicity, Art Deco and Modern Simplicity, paying attention to eight fine decoration details consisting of both design ideas and brand materials like energy conservation and environment protection and creative garage. In addition, each unit is arranged with a view balcony, and the heating facilities for winter use. It also introduces WILO water supply system imported from US, which provides 24h villa-grade smart cold and hot water in constant temperature. In the fine decoration details, it applies TOTO Haijiete Saile board to the wall surface of kitchens, which can effective prevent the penetration of oil and smoke into the wall tiles. Moreover, it adopts intelligent power consumption system, and smart terminal display screen, and thus becoming one of the first batch of pilot smart communities of Sichuan province. 

The New World Riverside project is situated in the south section of Tianfu Avenue, Chengdu, which is the core region of Tianfu New Town. It is next to the extension line of the Subway Line 1.
