(22 January, 2013 – Changsha) New World China Land Co., Ltd. (“NWCL”; Stock Code: 917) officially sold the NWCL Phase III – “Elite Club “Block A11 located in Changsha La Ville New World to the public on 12 January, totally launching 136 residential units with two-room layout ranging from 90m2 to 94m2 and with the average selling price of about RMB 7,100 Yuan per square meter. On that day, about over 40 groups of customers queued up all night for getting the house number to wait for its sale, and one hundred groups of customers visited on the scene with fervent reactions. 127 units were sold out immediately, with the sales rate exceeding 90%.
