(26 January 2012 – Hong Kong) New World China Land Limited (“NWCL” or “the Group”, Hong Kong Stock Code: 917) treasures its employees as the important asset. The Group has organized several New Year Gatherings in different regions of Mainland China to share the joy of Chinese New Year with its staff members. The Group has also published a commemorative book of the second NWCL National Staff Sports Day (“NWCL Staff Sports Day”) to foster team spirit and unity among its staff. 

New Year Gatherings in Shenyang, Beijing, Chengdu, Shanghai, Central China and Southern China were held successfully in early January 2012. Themed with “Together we build, United we achieve”, NWCL (Southern China) organized a New Year Gathering to enhance staff morale and reward the outstanding staff and teams of the year. A mini-movie that illustrates the life stories of staff members of NWCL (Southern China) was also broadcasted to resonate with employees and increase their sense of belonging. NWCL (Shanghai) has honored the staff who have each clocked up over 10 years of service during the New Year Gathering, appreciating the dedication and commitment they have shown over the years. 

Besides, to mark an end to the second NWCL Staff Sports Day which was held successfully in mid of October 2011, a commemorative book has been published before the Chinese New Year. It features the memorable moments of this three-day event and illustrates how energetic and supportive the athletes and cheering teams were during the event. The Group expects to strengthen the cohesion between employees and promote communication and exchange among the company.
