(2 April, 2013-Shenyang) “New World • The Riverpark”, Phase II high-rise project of Shenyang New World Garden developed by New World China Land Limited (“NWCL” or “the Group”; HK Stock Code: 917), was grandly put on sale. It presented four buildings, totaling 421 residential units this time. With an average selling price of RMB 12,000 Yuan per square meter, the house types cover two-bedroom houses with the gross floor area of 96 m2 and four-bedroom houses with the gross floor of 269 m2. It attracted over 500 groups of VIPs to visit on that day. The sales performance was so considerable that 154 sets were concluded with the total sales hitting RMB 378 million Yuan up to 31 March. 

New World • The Riverpark is the Phase II project of Shenyang  New World Garden, which embraces Shenshui Bay Park, the extremely scarce ecological resources in  the city with a nearer distance-.
