(2 July ,2013) New World China Land Limited's ("NWCL" or "the Group", Hong Kong stock code: 917) first real estate project in Anshan, Liaoning Province - Anshan New World Garden•Parkview Terrace has been awarded by Liaoning Province Construction Industry Association the title of "Engineering Prize of Century Cup in 2012-2013 in Liaoning Province". 

Anshan New World•Parkview Terrace is recognized by the organizing committee for its outstanding construction quality and originality of the design. The project's floor area is approximately 86,000 square meters, and the building area is approximately 218,000 square meters. The project adopts enclosing layout, leaving more than a hundred meters distance between buildings. The architectural complex adopts solid form of raft foundation and reinforced concrete frame shear wall structure, with external wall using imported Dow extruded polystyrene board for insulation, and with using materials including glazed tile, marble, and imported high-grade ceramic simulating coating to constitute a rich facade styling. The building adopts water recycling system, ground source water heat pump, low radiation stone, low-E glass and other energy-saving materials and equipments. 

Engineering Prize of Century Cup in Liaoning Province is the highest honor for construction projects' quality in Liaoning Province. It is mainly for recognizing high quality construction projects, high quality management enterprises, and excellent construction project quality supervision departments. Century Cup is organized by Provincial Construction Association's Quality Management Department annually.
