New World China Land Community Relations Campaign“Every Day New Living - Discovering Images of Happiness”Wins “Honorable Mention Award in China Golden Awards For Excellence in Public Relations”

(3 August 2012, Beijing) The "Every Day New Living – Discovering Images of Happiness"community relations campaign planned by New World China Land ("NWCL" or "the Company"; HK Stock Code: 917) yesterday won "Honorable Mention Award"in the Community Relations Category of the 10th China Golden Awards For Excellence in Public Relations held in Beijing. 

At the same time, NWD was lauded by its significant achievement in facilitating the glorious return of the Harbour Race after its 33 years of hiatus and thus was named the Silver winner in the category of "Cultural and Sports". NWS Holdings won Silver Award in the "Internal Communication category"by adopting a clear strategy in promoting internal communication, with all collateral items carrying a single theme of "connecting staff members and building our brand". With its strenuous efforts in keeping up effective and efficient internal and external communications, the Group won a number of accolades which is the affirmation to the Group's diverse public relations and promotional effectiveness. 

The "Every Day New Living – Discovering Images of Happiness" community relations campaign is essentially a mini-movie documenting eight owner families of NWCL's projects, jointly produced by NWCL and the well-known TV & Movie studio Huayi Brothers. The five-month long campaign was launched in August 2011 and consists of invitation for script submission, player selection, shooting, post-production and final premiere gala event. The stories are selected among NWCL community owners and NWCL Club members from eight different cities of Beijing, Tianjin, Shenyang, Anshan, Chengdu, Wuhan, Guangzhou and Guiyang, in which they have all personally played the leading roles to interpret their own version of joyous living, while reflecting the mature and harmonious residential communities developed and managed by NWCL. 

The biennial China Golden Awards for Excellence in Public Relations, organized by China International Public Relations Association, accessing and recognising outstanding projects by its strategies and influences. It is the most prestigious and respected public relations award in Mainland China which has been hosting for ten years.
