(3 December, 2012 – Guangzhou) Guangzhou Central Park-view Project of New World China Land Limited (“NWCL” or “this Group”; HK Stock Code: 917) won the 2011-2012 “Guangsha Award” (residential type) jointly issued by The Center for Housing Industrialization of Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and China Real Estate Industry Association, and it became the sole housing project in Guangzhou City which had passed the 3A housing performance confirmation. 

In the eyes of the Reviewer, Guangzhou Central Park-view had made full use of the environmental landscape resources and realized dynamic integration with the city environment at the same time. The whole project adopted multiple energy conservation and emission reduction as well as housing industrialization technologies. The beautiful community environment, top engineering quality and close property service met the policy requirements of constructing energy-saving and environment-friendly society and had exerted its demonstration function. 

Guangzhou Central Park-view paid attention to the dynamic integration of environmental landscape resources, city space and buildings during the whole process from project planning, development, construction and the operation management. In the overall planning aspect, the foundation of the whole project was raised by 5m, and housing, business circle and apartment were set up independently but integrated together by using two overhead bridges connecting three blocks of the project. The project has built a 48,000 sqm. super large community garden, which became the largest community central garden in Guangzhou; in addition, it adopted the enclosed type building layout method, and realized the project greening rate of not less than 40%. The building system adopted outer wall thermal insulation, hollow glass, ventilation design and other environmental protection plans, constructed a see-through space experience through the “geomancy hole” and “triumphal arch” designs, and had taken the lead to develop the garbage classification work in the Central Park-view community with the purpose of constructing a healthy life space with low carbon for owners. 

“Guangsha Award” is a big comprehensive award approved by Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and jointly established by China Real Estate Industry Association and The Center for Housing Industrialization of Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. It is a national-grade real estate award established under the approval of the State Council, which is the most authoritative real estate award and always called as “China Real Estate Oscar”. Initiated in 2006, the voting of this award has been held for 5 terms successfully. As a biannual award for 2011-2012, it stands for the highest honor of the real estate comprehensive development industry.
