(27 April, 2014-Langfang) A total of 95 residential units of Langfang New World Victoria Garden developed by New World China Land Limited (“NWCL”; Stock Code: 917.HK) were launched for sale in Langfang, Hebei on 27 April. The two rooms and three rooms units range from 99 to 160 sq m in size, with average selling price of RMB8,500 per sq m. About 300 guests from Langfang, Beijing and other cities around attended the opening day and 95 units were sold out, with total sales hitting RMB90 million and total sales area reaching 10,000 sq m. Another round of new residential units will be launched for sale in mid May. 

Langfang New World Victoria Garden is situated at the east and west sides of Jianshe Road, which is the core region in the CBD of Langfang. Being one of the eight major centres in Langfang, Victoria Garden enjoys well developed supporting facilities, convenient transportation, and pleasant commercial and living environment, with a gross floor area of about 450,000 sq m.
