(11 January, 2013 – Guangzhou) New World China Land (“NWCL”; Hong Kong Stock Code: 917) was elected as the “Non-mainland Real Estate Enterprises Excellence List” in the “City Guandian Forum China 2012 – China Real Estate Excellence Top 100” hosted by the Guandian Real Estate New Media organization on 9 January, with a total of 10 non-mainland real estate enterprises having the honor to win the title. 

This annual forum took the “choice of market” as the theme, and almost over 400 leaders from government, academic field, finance and enterprises together witnessed the release of the “China Real Estate Excellence Top 100” and commented the outstanding performance of China real estate enterprises group in 2012. This list first included non-mainland real estate enterprises into the list, and tried harder to focus on such performance as the real estate mode and enterprises’ public welfare contribution to society and in other aspects from different perspectives, apart from paying attention to such performance indicators as the sales amount, sales volume and financial index with the data as the criterion. 

NWCL won the panel’s high praise by virtue of its performance in enterprise operation, product quality and sustainable development: in the past year of 2012, NWCL obtained good operation income in both real estate sales and leasing business and achieved the innovation of the marketing thinking through network sale center and customer loyalty marketing plan. In addition, NWCL also established the Enterprises’ Sustainable Development Committee in 2012, fully considering its influence on environment and society from the whole process of design, building and operation. The subordinate Wuhan New World Center and International Trade Center in Central China won LEED gold award certification in this year.  

“2012 China Real Estate Excellence Top 100 List” has been successfully held for 4 times so far, aiming at checking and commending the most representative, excellent, outstanding and extraordinary real estate enterprises making 100% efforts in China property sector in 2012. The list index system consists of operation, brand and management. Compared with the previous list, this Excellence 100 List was more professional, more comprehensive and more representative, covering more unlisted real estate enterprises and non-mainland enterprises.
