(21 February, 2013 – Hong Kong) New World China Land Co., Ltd. (“NWCL” or “the Company”; HK Stock Code: 917) and its parent company New World Development Co., Ltd. (“NWD” or “the Group”; HK Stock Code: 17) won the four honorable titles of the 2012 and 2013 International Mercury Awards sponsored by the MerComm, Inc. of the US (shown in the following table) again, which reflected that the Company and the Group are committed to improving the enterprise transparency and disclosing the Group information to the investors at length, as well as endeavoring to promote the communication with its investors.
