(14 August 2013, Hong Kong) New World China Land Limited (“NWCL”, HK Stock Code: 917) has won the “2013 China’s Most Influential Brand” of “China Real Estate Fashion Award” at the Boao Real Estate Forum organised by Guandian Real Media Agency for two years in a row. In addition, Shenzhen New World Signature Hill Project of NWCL was also honored with “2013 China Most Influential Villa”. 

Dedicated to creating green urban spaces and excellent environmental-friendly residential properties, NWCL was highly praised by the judging panel regarding performances in brand building and sustainable development. In addition to holding art exhibitions in commercial spaces in Mainland China such as last year's Architects of Air Miracoco Luminarium exhibition, NWCL also operates an urban farm and a community library which connect the public with humanities and art. Joining forces with non-profit organisation Habitat for Humanity China, New World China Land has established a fund for rebuilding homes in the impoverished areas of Pengzhou in Sichuan.  

Claiming the “2013 China Most Influential Villa” title, Shenzhen New World Signature Hill Project is a low-density high-end residential project to be developed by NWCL in Jiangangshan area, Qianhai, Shenzhen. Bill Bensley, an international renowned landscape designer, takes charge in the landscape design of this project and presents a South-East Asian ecological resort-style landscape. The theme of the Boao Real Estate Forum this year is “The New Power of Real Estate in Revolution Era”, and there were about 1,000 guests from different sectors, such as, government, industry association, real estate enterprises, financial institutions and media, attended the forum. The participants covered a number of topics regarding the establishment of a long-term mechanism for a stable, healthy and sustainable development of real estate market. Initiated in 2003 at the Boao Real Estate Forum, “China Real Estate Fashion Award” is set for honoring excellent enterprises, products and leaders in the real estate sector.
